Tech2Heal: means company Tech2Heal SAS., with its registered office at 28, avenue des Pépinières, 94260 Fresnes (France).
 
Tech2Heal processes personal data in accordance with the principle of Lawfulness - Article 5 of the General Regulation on the protection of personal data - EU Regulation 2016/679.
 
This privacy policy applies to any Tech2Heal`s website and forms, applications, downloads, services, or tools (collectively "Services"), regardless of how you access or use them, including through mobile devices.
 
Tech2Heal may amend this privacy policy at any time by posting the amended version on this site, including the effective date of the amended version. This current version of the privacy policy is effective from 13th December 2021.
 
HubSpot: means HubSpot Inc, Cambridge, Massachusetts, which provides marketing, sales and customer tools used by Tech2Heal for marketing purposes.
 
Personal data: means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly.
 
Processing: means any operation or set of operations that are performed on personal data or on sets of personal data.

(NON) PERSONAL DATA AND ITS TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES

When you access the Tech2Heal website, information about the accessing device and some other information (IP address, date and time of visit) are automatically obtained. This information is anonymous and therefore not considered as personal data.
 
Tech2Heal processes personal data with your consent by sending it to us via the completed form. In such a case, Tech2Heal may collect the following personal data:

E-mail address;
Phone number;
Job title;
Organization.
 
Tech2Heal requires this information to understand your needs and provide answers for received questions and/or comments. Tech2Heal may from time to time send promotional emails about new products and special offers or other information it thinks you might be interested in; to the email address, you have provided.

By withdrawal of your consent (the fifth indent), Tech2Heal may no longer use your personal data and shall erasure them.

Tech2Heal implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a high level of personal data security (some of the measures Tech2Heal use are: firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls- safeguarding of rooms and IT equipment and information access authorization controls - safeguarded by a system of passwords for authorization and identification of users).

Analytics Cookie

  • _ga 2 years Used to distinguish users.

  • _gid 24 hours Used to distinguish users.

  • _gat 1 minute Used to throttle request rate. If Google Analytics is deployed via Google Tag Manager, this cookie will be named _dc_gtm_.

  • AMP_TOKEN 30 seconds to 1 year Contains a token that can be used to retrieve a Client ID from the AMP Client ID service. Other possible values indicate opt-out, inflight request or an error retrieving a Client ID from AMP Client ID service.

  • _gac_ 90 days Contains campaign related information for the user. If you have linked your Google Analytics and AdWords accounts, AdWords website conversion tags will read this cookie unless you were opt-out.

  • __hstc

    • The main cookie for tracking visitors. It contains the domain, utk (see below), initial timestamp (first visit), last timestamp (last visit), current timestamp (this visit), and session number (increments for each subsequent session).

  • hubspotutk

    • This cookie is used to keep track of a visitor's identity. This cookie is passed to HubSpot on form submission and used when de-duplicating contacts.

  • __hssc

    • This cookie keeps track of sessions. This is used to determine if we should increment the session number and timestamps in the __hstc cookie. It contains the domain, viewCount (increments each pageView in a session), and session start timestamp.

    • Whenever HubSpot changes the session cookie, this cookie is also set. We set it to 1 and use it to determine if the user has restarted their browser. If this cookie does not exist when we manage cookies, we assume it is a new session.

    • This cookie is used to recognize visitors who chat with you via the messages tool. If the visitor leaves your site before they're added as a contact, they will have this cookie associated with their browser.
